SYS-003 · SYSTEM

Cargo stripping, eductor, slop and drain management system

화물 스트리핑·에덕터·슬롭·드레인 관리 시스템

The small-capacity pumping equipment that removes the last remaining liquid from cargo tanks and lines after the main pumps lose suction, and collects washings and drainings into dedicated slop tanks for controlled disposal.

Relationship meaning
Family markers describe reference applicability. Component links are released source-BOM listings and do not assert complete engineering containment.

FAMILY REFERENCE APPLICABILITY

Family profiles carrying a source marker.

Unmarked Families are not listed; an unmarked cell means “not normally fitted” in the source Family profile, not confirmed absence from a vessel.

RELEASED SOURCE-BOM LISTING

Released Component records.

Coverage is partial and Family-independent: selecting a Family does not alter the Component records linked to this System.

COMP-007 · Pump

Stripping pump

Stripping 펌프

The dedicated small pump that moves settled slops and final drainings between slop tanks or to the shore reception line.

Design dependent · As required / design dependentView Component record →
COMP-008 · Pump

Stripping eductors

eductor(s)

Jet suction devices, driven by pumped liquid, that vacuum the last film of cargo and washings from tank bottoms without any moving parts in the tank.

Design dependent · As required / design dependentView Component record →
COMP-009 · Pump

Motive-water pump and connection

motive-수 connection/펌프

The pump or connection supplying the pressurised driving liquid that makes the eductors work — no motive flow, no suction.

Design dependent · As required / design dependentView Component record →
COMP-010 · Valve

Stripping valves

stripping 밸브

Small-bore valves on the stripping lines that direct the final drainings from each tank toward the slop tanks.

Design dependent · As required / design dependentView Component record →
COMP-011 · Unit / Skid

Stripping control and indication panel

제어/indication

The panel showing stripping line-ups, flows and tank levels so the operator can see the final drainage stage of discharge.

Design dependent · As required / design dependentView Component record →
COMP-012 · Tank / Vessel

Slop tank(s)

슬롭 탱크

Dedicated tanks that receive tank washings and oily residues, where oil and water separate by settling before controlled disposal.

Reference pattern · 1 or moreView Component record →
COMP-013 · Tank / Vessel

Cargo drain collection tank / sump

화물 드레인 집수탱크·섬프

A low collection point gathering drips and drainings from cargo lines and manifolds so nothing is released on deck or overboard.

Design dependent · As requiredView Component record →
COMP-014 · Pump

Slop transfer pump

슬롭 이송펌프

A dedicated pump, usually with a standby, that moves settled slops between tanks or ashore to a reception facility.

Reference pattern · 1 duty + 1 standby where requiredView Component record →
COMP-015 · Instrument / Sensor

Oil-water interface and level instruments

유수경계·액면 계측기

Sensors that find the boundary between oil and water inside a slop tank, so only the clean water layer is ever decanted.

Reference pattern · 1 set per tankView Component record →
COMP-016 · Panel / Electronics

Slop transfer / settling control panel

슬롭 이송·침전 제어반

The panel from which slop transfers and settling operations are lined up and monitored.

Reference pattern · 1 setView Component record →
